RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

To protect your rights and ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review the following return and refund terms.

Incorrect Shipping Address or Delivery Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address when placing an order. Please carefully review all shipping information before completing your purchase.

If we detect a possible issue with the shipping address provided, we may attempt to contact you using the email address associated with your order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your order will be processed and shipped using the information originally provided.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer, including but not limited to an invalid address, insufficient delivery details, inability to locate the recipient, or repeated delivery failures, the order will be considered properly fulfilled on our part.

In such cases, because the issue is not caused by Bunora, no refund will be issued for either the product or the shipping costs.

If the package is returned to us by the carrier due to customer-related delivery issues, the customer may request a reshipment and will be responsible for all applicable reshipping costs.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or the order confirmation email is required.

All returns are subject to inspection, validation, and approval at Bunora’s sole discretion.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, please contact us at mybunora@outlook.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label when applicable. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For non-defective products, a return fee equal to 20% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount. Any return shipping costs or return label fees will also be deducted from the final refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the unopened product in its original packaging. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your account after approval.
